Artist:  Joe Jammer

Title:    Till The End of Time

File:     Rock/Blues

Release: February 28th 2025

Chicagoan 18-year old Joseph Wright was dubbed ‘Joe the Jammer’ by Jimmy Page and Robert Plant when he crewed Led Zeppelin’s energetic early foray into the US live circuit, the two noticing that the youth could seldom put down a guitar.

When Zeppelin returned to the UK, Joe was with them.

First released in 2019, Till The End of Time is his third solo album. It took only nearly 20 years to accomplish.

Explains Joe: “The original recordings were done in Chicago back in 2001 and as there is so much high powered energy that can be felt throughout it took work on two continents with remixing and mastering the tracks in London to finally complete the album”.

Originally conceptualised by writer Marty Trlak for a folk rock setting, Jammer rewrote and arranged the songs to fit his own imitable style – not folk!

The outcome was an inevitably strong set of hard rock/blues originals played to the hilt by seasoned pros.

An in-demand session player throughout the ‘70s, Jammer had worked with Jimi Hendrix and The Who and later stints with Paladin, Maggie Bell, Stealers Wheel and Mike Vernon’s Olympic Runners before later joining forces with Procol Harum and Foghat veterans in short-lived super-group Nobody’s Business.

He continues to play gigs from his home base in London, UK.
