We’re delighted to announce the reissue on CD by BGO Records of ‘A Symphony of Amaranths’ by Neil Ardley.

Jazz pianist, composer, arranger and writer, Neil Ardley’s 1971 album, first released on Regal Zonophone Records, features the cream of British jazz musicians of the day including Jon Hiseman, Don Rendell, Karl Jenkins and Stan Tracey.

Ardley sadly died in 2004, but his reputation and a memorable body of recorded work has grown consistently since his premature death at 66.

Digitally remastered and slipcased, with new notes by eminent music critic Charles Waring, this release is a must-have for the discerning fan of  modern British jazz music.
